Ester joined Dr. Julie Silver at Blessing Hospital to speak to the audience of patients about healing through "spiritual movement."
She describes this as a "movement in consciousness" - from fear, mental inertia and worry to a unified awareness of "wholeness."
In describing the tools of spiritual movement, she talked about the necessity of forgiveness, meditation, prayer and the process of repatterning one's thinking. "Healing doesn't always necessarily look like physical healing," states Ester, "but once a spiritual connection is made, you can live the best life you've ever lived - in freedom, peace, enthusiasm and joy. Physical healing follows that state of being."

Ester Nicholson, wow, I was blown away. As the Oncology Resource Coordinator for Blessing Cancer Center, I attended the afternoon session celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness in October of 2008.
